We have come to realize that time is precious and if you are taking time to be in the moment, you may miss it.
Getting away from the anxiety of the grind. Taking time to quit yourself and listen to nature is the healing you need to be human. It is becoming glaringly obvious now that people are disconnecting from nature. The belief that somehow we are not part of nature is too commonplace in our society. If you go off into a far, far forest and get very quite, you will come to understand that you’re connected with everything.
